Beware of the male bearded employee working in the kitchen. I was picking up a doordash order and was patiently waiting. This person starts picking the items for the order and became frustrated. Proceeded to start slamming cooler doors huffing and puffing walking back and forth looking for these items. Walks over to cashier lady starts saying something to her not even sure what it was but not professional at all. His demeanor was negative. Very rude, very very bad attitude. I'm not even sure what his deal was, but regardless that's his job and should not be acting like that to customers. I frequent this store alot and have never had this happen. And this doordash order wasn't even for me I was just waiting kindly and patiently.

The Assistant Manager yesterday was wearing headphones while checking out customers. She couldn’t even be bothered to hand me my bag of items after she bagged them, she just left them in her side of the counter waiting for me to grab them. Worst customer service I’ve seen/experienced ever.

Staff had doors locked just watching me, open at 4am? Ok then why is the store locked? Left for 12 minutes.... doors still locked staff still just standing at the counter. Like update store hours, plus last 3 visits service wasn't great at all. Not fond of the staffs service this location provides. But it is the only one with a cold deli SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 4AM.....

Went in to pick up a DoorDash order. The guy said there was only one order in front of me so I need 45 minutes and they have three other orders being made before mine and there’s only two people working so I say it’s pretty s****y.

Tried to order 25 breakfast pizzas for tomorrow for an event and the manager was very rude and said “their policy has changed to a max of 10”. Called another store down the road and they were more than happy to fulfill my order.

This place NEVER has pizza when I come while all other locations are forever stocked with pizza. With so many people driving to and from Ames on this highway you'd think they'd stay stocked.

I visit this casey’s everyday because i live about 1 minute away. Morning Staff are normally nice and friendly. Last night i ordered a pizza around 545 online order. Online it said it would take about 55 minutes so i went in close to 7 to give them time because friday nights are normally busy for everyone! One thing i could say is the kitchen staff tried their very best to accommodate everyone’s needs because there was quite a few people waiting on their orders. The one thing that continues to stand out is the Assistant Manager(short and petite girl) Her attitude is VERY NASTY. Each time i come into Casey’s her tone is not bubbly, she always seems to have a nasty attitude… I don’t think this young lady deserves to be Assistant General Manager because she has that i don’t care attitude and it’s definitely not a good look for the company. Everyone else that i’ve come across is always so bubbly, nice and very helpful. Hope this helps :)
