“My daughter (an ISU student not very familiar with the Ames area) brought her car to Mike's for a scraping sound. (I had searched the Internet, and, finding a number of good ratings about Mike's, I called them in advance.) She said that everyone was super nice and that the staff quickly found the problem (which, thankfully, turned out to be a minor issue), and they fixed her car for free! So nice of them!!! I had just come off a month of replacing my radiator, all four tires, a partially broken phone, and a refrigerator, so I was very grateful for no additional expenses -- and for this shop's honesty and helpfulness! Awesome!”

“They did an excellent job repairing hail damage on my vehicle. They finished ahead of schedule and on budget. There were some tape lines and adhesive patches left on the vehicle that were hard to remove but the work was done well.
They even vacuumed out the front feet wells. Just a detail but one appreciated.”
