I went to Bike World for the 1st time today to get the chain replaced on a bike. They not only replaced the chain but found out what had caused the chain to break and fixed that as well. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!!

Bike World Ames is the best! From evaluating & purchasing a new bike to maintaining that bike in mint condition. Staff is always fun and cheerful.
