Tim and Asante were VERY patient and helpful in helping my sister and I find the correct iPhone charger for our mom. They explained in 3 mins what we have been looking for for weeks. Very helpful and a great experience!

On 1-14-2025 at 11am I attempted to return a inoperable mobile phone device to the Ames Best Buy. I was met at the door by a disheveled man who called himself Dominique who spends his days in the Geek Squad booth. He both told me that I was able to return my phone device, and then seconds later told me I could not. He gave no reason, I had my reciept in hand. Dominques refusal to refund my purchase without reason was offputting.

Friendly staff, but they got rid of all of their physical media, which was the only reason I ever went. Now it's just phone accessories, TVs, and appliances. Sad.

I went into Best Buy with a question about updating my car's system to have Apple CarPlay. The employees were very kind while helping me, with a special shoutout to Anthony. He was the main employee that helped me, and he continued to search and search for my car model which wasn't already in the system. I was not able to get the update, but that was due to my car's setup. I appreciate the patience and perseverance that Anthony showed! Thank you!
