What could I say ? you get for what you sign for, 5 hours waiting and still here in the dock with a red light. so you better be showered with extra food in the belly or on you cause you’ll be here a while. Do what you gotta do first before coming to get loaded and get some nice good sleep ones your here cause it’ll be a while. do a split when your done loading cause they have no over night parking and drive as much as you can !!! Hammer down ! it is what it is be safe out there drivers ?? god speed.

Appt at 10:30am got here at 9:45am. Started loading at 2pm done at 2:45pm. TRASHHH!!! I wont even buy their products anymore.

They have very nice people working here except the security lady on the gate, she is very rude.Try to be here on your appointment time not too early because they only work with appointments.

They loaded me up in 4 hours and took another hour for customs paperwork. Check in was easy and they have an onsite scale

These guys are slow. Expect atleast 1-2 hours to get unloaded for cardboard load.My appt was 8am but he was already unloading a truck and my turn was after him.I showed up 7:50am lol….

7 hours waiting for the dock going to truck stop and come 4 times to find out finally the load is ready and 6 hours waiting in the dock to get loaded after all of that no parking for even 30 minutes.

Checked in at 7am for 8am appointment, loaded and rolling at 8:09am. Free scale on way out. No overnight parking can check in early. Be on time and you’ll get loaded in a timely fashion.

appointment is needed. 1-2 hours to get loaded. appointment was 11:30am checkin 9:30 out by 10:30.

Got here to Barilla Co. they hit at the guard shack informed me that load was supposed to be picked up 3 days ago. He made a call, got me in, and the process was smooth.

For Barilla got to door 24 check in was easy plenty of room to maneuver was in and out in 1 hour. Loaded very quickly great job!!!

No washroom only plastic one portable here and long time for loading they turned green into red after 3 hours

we were waiting to be loaded for 8 hours and after that were loaded incorrectly and had to return because of the trailer axles overload. Now are waiting again for more than 1 hour and they still did not start working with our trailer.

I have no clue what all this bad reviews about …Not a lot of people carrying enough to write a good review. Oh well . I delivered a load here on Saturday morning. Security guard and lady at receiving was nice and friendly. In and out ( 30 pallets ) within half an hour .
