Unfortunately I can not say I had a good experience at Banker's Trust - the service was so poor, often times I could not get anyone to answer an email or phone call, and many of the policies are not in favor of the customer.

Their mortgage service agents were very professional and helpful. When looking to refinance, I helped another family get a much better value for their existing home. It was an excellent experience.
