“I had an overall good experience living here. I was in a ground floor studio apartment with parking right outside my door. I loved how large the studio was, the affordable rent and the accessibility to businesses that operated in the apartment complex.

I lived here in the fall of 2021, the apartment could have been better cleaned ahead of time but for the wonderful onsite management I didn’t care because of how well they they treated me as a tenant. There were some noticeable improvements needed in the apartment like a counter top that wasn’t installed properly. However now a few years later I’m strongly considering moving back to this apartment complex because I loved the onsite management, spaciousness of the units, and the location. The only reason it is four stars for me is because there was some repairs that in hindsight should have been done before a tenant moved in. Many of the issues I mentioned seem to have been remedied so I probably will come back and update this review to five stars.”

“I have liked my time renting with FPM. They try their best to be helpful with inquiries and have always been flexible with us, especially with our dog and our transfer to another one of their units. Upon move out we cleaned the unit fairly well, they charged 90 for 2 hours of additional cleaning and didn't take the entire deposit like I have seen other management companies try to pull. They also itemized the charges. The only thing that can be frustrating is when apartment tours come around, we had 20 different tours come through our unit over the span of a few months (1 or 2 a week!) and while that was annoying, the bright side was that motivated us to keep the apartment clean. If you are re-signing your lease it won't be a problem, but everyone has to move out eventually, and once that time comes, you better hope your unit goes fast (you will probably have way less tours in one of the nicer buildings, but YMMV).”

“Stanton 119. Great location as it is across the street from ISU campus. It is nice for a college apartment sometime can get loud, but not terrible. They do a good job cleaning and keeping communal spaces welcoming. Complaints: had problems with heating when in the negatives, half the time dryers do not work. I lived there for 2 years and enjoyed my stay. More benefits than downfalls. Campustown staff always willing to help.”
