I'm very upset, I picked up my cat Luna the day after her spay surgery and she's covered in pee and her carrier was filthy of her pee as well!! I felt so bad that I had to shower her after a surgery and just stress her out even more. plus they charged me way more than they said it wad going to cost

I bring my 2 large dogs here. Dr. Ricklefs has always explained the treatment in a clear and easily understandable way. The prices are great, and the staff is fantastic. They are always caring and ready to help.

I have made many visits to All Pets. Dr. Ricklefs is wonderful! Animals recognize her heartfelt care and concern for them and feel very safe with her, so of course I do too. Dr. Ricklefs gives me and my pets all of the time needed to explain problems concerns and home care instructions. I have never felt rushed. No concern is too small. All of the staff are wonderful too! They are always helpful caring kind and friendly. I have never even considered another vet. I definitely recommend All Pets Animal Hospital.

I have been taking my pets here for almost 4 years now. One of my kitties received end of life care and the doc was incredibly knowledgeable and kind. She noticed issues and explained them really well, making me wish we had her before my cat got to his final weeks. As for my current cats, they have been seen here since they came from the shelter. The doctor is very thorough in all of her examinations. Staff is also very kind! You have to keep in mind this is a small practice, so there will be moments where they are not exactly perfect but you can tell they are always trying to improve :)

The staff was very friendly, the vet was awesome she took the time to answer all our questions. She taught my son more information on how to handle and take care of his snake. So if you have reptiles I would highly recommend them. Thank you all for being so kind and caring!

They get the job done and are very nice and friendly. However, make sure you specify what all you want done in an exam! I took my cat in the other day and all she did during the exam, $40, was comment on his weight. Never once did she check his teeth, ears, or anything else I expected her to check. Then, when I asked for a nail clipping, they stopped halfway because he began to back up, not once did he show aggression. They then charged me for the nail clipping even though they only did 2 paws. I do not believe they were intentionally acting unprofessional but it felt like a very rushed and uncaring exam.

Never going back....quoted us for a kennel stay and shots. Have had them there before with no issues. This time however, they preformed services without checking with us and charged us.....came back to a bill nearly 4x the quoted cost and kicker.....was gonna hold our dogs hostage til paid in full! Highly unprofessional!

WORST VET I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.Had me bring my dog in 4 times in 2 weeks for an ulcer on his eye and was extremely rude when I said I couldn't afford to bring my dog in for the 5th time. Went to another vet for the same issue. All pets was treating a trauma ulcer (my dog did not have a trauma ulcer) all pets vet didn't even bother to check what kind of ulcer it was. Since they didn't bother to see what kind of ulcer it was the medication they gave me doesn't treat the kind of ulcer my dog had so I spent $500 for my dog to not get the correct medical attention.

Took my juvenile iguana here a couple months ago, he wasn’t his normal self but wasn’t as bad as he was when he left here. They called told me he was malnourished and to give him a bunch of medication (which I was willing to to do) after already giving him a bunch of medication and calcium shots, but all of this was very expensive. Once I picked him up, he was still weak and very cold, they next morning I woke up to him dead and his brother dying later that day.

I worked at All Pets for a month and knowing what I know, I wouldn't take your pet there.

They were amazing for my 2 little rats! But my only complaint is how they overcharge. I will continue going here but if only they lowered there charge for rats. $200 to pick up medicine that they said would be around 20. All these hidden fees like showing up early.

Worst vet wait in the world shouldn't have to wait outside in car in the heat to get your rabbits nails trimmed for like an hour. I won't be coming back!!!!

I have never been to All Pets Animal Hospital and I do not plan to give them any of my business simply because they employee a female there who stole $500 from me in order to pay her rent. So, if my money is gonna go towards her paycheck then I will absolutely not be a client there.

If you have any respect for your pet, your time, or yourself you should find somewhere else to take your pets. My wife and I took our cat here for a haircut and we're told it wouldn't cost anymore then 75$. Our cat was taken in at 8AM and now 9 hours later it's approaching 5pm and the cost has increased to 124.81$. since we can't enter the building due to COVID we were told that we would be called when she was ready for pick-up between 4:30 and 5:30. We pulled into the empty parking lot at 4:15 and at about 5pm someone else pulled up and they came out to help them and before the employee went inside we asked about our cat only to be informed it was supposed to be us that calls them. Cat was likely kept in her kennel for the entirety of the 9 hours and is completely out of it and drooling due to the drugs given to her throughout the day. I also have no idea what "boarder feline" is or why we were charged 11$ for it.
