I received a gift card to them for Christmas and honestly didn’t have much hope for my car. 3 kids, a dog, gravel road and it had never been deep cleaned in the 4 years I have owned it. I just figured something was going to better than nothing and they not only exceeded all hopes and desires but made that inside shine like it was brand new. They got stains out that I didn’t think would come out! The communication before during and after was execeptional. They were friendly and great customer service. I actually lost my email with the gift car a week before my appointment and called and they took care of it and made me know that it wasn’t a problem! My poor kids are going to be eating snacks on the curb and riding on the roof (just kidding) but it so clean I don’t want them to mess it up. I have already schedule a 6 month appointment. I had a ceramic coating applied to my black C7. It looked awesome when I picked it up, but the real surprise was the first time I washed it after the ceramic was applied. The water and suds just beaded up and ran off, carrying most of the dirt and grime with it. There was very little dirt for the mitt to pick up. I have never had a car so easy to wash and yet look so good. Thank you, ABC. If you like the way your car looks, you will love it after a ceramic coating.

I'm from Alabama, and my daughter currently lives in Ames. While trying to decide on one of her Christmas presents, I decided to get her car detailed and cleaned up. I looked around on Google for detailers in her area, and found that ABC Detailing had many good reviews. Being 700 miles away, I emailed the business. The response was almost immediate. They advised me that I could purchase a "Gift Certificate" for an inside and outside cleaning. I gave the certificate to her on Christmas day. She was unable to redeem the certificate until February 2022. When she contacted them, they were booked until June. Unfortunately, for her car, she was offered a new job which would see her move away from Ames in May. A quick email to Mrs. Jackson proved that customer service was their number one priority. She was able to contact my daughter and perform the entire service on March 16.This company is truly a family owned company who has pride in their work. Our emails to each other have grown into more of a friendship instead of a business/client relationship. I can't possibly more highly recommend a business than this. If you've read my other reviews, you know that I don't give five stars very often. However, ABC Detailing absolutely deserves this rating.I'm not rating them blindly, however. I initially checked with two other detailing places in Ames during my quest. There is no comparison to the response I got from the other two detailers as opposed to ABC.If you choose another detailing place in Ames, I feel for you. Just go ahead and book with ABC! I guarantee you'll be glad you did.Services: Auto interior vacuuming

ABC Detailing is the place to go, and can 100% guarantee they’re worth their wait for an appointment! My puppy had a nasty accident in the backseat of my brand new car. Within 5 minutes of the accident, ABC detailing was comforting me and working with me to get my vehicle in as soon as possible. While the accident was huge, disgusting, and downright vile, they were amazing and helpful through the whole process. The customer service is absolutely outstanding and my vehicle looks and smells better than when I drove it off the lot! In the three days my vehicle was with them, I felt like we had some new friends with how friendly, open, and loving these two are. We are forever grateful and are so excited for our regular detail come February. Thank you again for all of your amazing work!

Fantastic job on my 2016 Chrysler 300.Attention to every detail inside and out.Can't get enough good pictures to give them all the credit they deserve. Super friendly great communication and customer service.Super impressed by work ethic and knowledge. I'm now taking my wife's car there. Will continue to support this business. They have become new friends that seems like we known for ever.

I just picked up my Escape today.I was convinced they traded my car for a new one because it was so clean I was noticing things in the car that I didn't see when I first bought it.If you need your vehicle detailed this is the place. hands down.

I'm not sure how I haven't gotten around to reviewing this business because I think it's the one I recommend most to people. Super friendly and they get the job down. I had a can of coke explode in my front seats and when it was all said and done, I came with two squeaky clean front seats. Also restored my headlamps and it looks great. Thanks!

I received an express detail service on 2/22/2021 for my 2016 Chevy Malibu that contained pet hair and normal wear and dirt throughout, and it was amazing. My car looks brand new and smells fantastic. The detailers were very thorough and even refunded a quarter that was accidentally sucked up into the vacuum! Not only was my service exceptional, but Shae went above and beyond by delivering my car to my home when it was finished. I will absolutely become a regular customer. Thank you again, ABC!
