Never had a phone issue get fix easier! He made it easy and was great at communicating with me on what he was doing. Had my back glass on my iPhone 14 pro replaced after shattering it and it looks great! No other shop would do it around here and kept telling me to just get a new phone.

Robert (the owner ) fixed a shattered cell screen for my brother a couple of wks ago. He had ordered the parts needed,and even held onto them for us until I could retrieve his cell for repair as I forgot to pick it up from him the prior wknd. The repair was super fast. I just dropped it off ,and a new screen within an hrIt looks,works great !!His rates are unbeatable!! I gave my daughters a flyer to put up at Campus so all students know who to call for repairs on all of their devices. Thank you againA-1 Tech Repair!!?

He did great work on my phone for a great price. He kept me updated when unforeseen shipping issues caused a part to be delayed and completed the work very quickly. I'm definitely going back if my phone ever needs another repair.

They were able to get the screen for my phone ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours and it only took 30 minutes for them to do the actual repair! My phone looks great and I am incredibly impressed by how quickly they were able to fix it and for how reasonable the price was. Thank you so much!

This guy is honest about the prices of phone repair parts and the differences in quality. He doesn’t gouge you and fill you full of smoke like every phone repair business in Ames. I am all about small business and customer service and he is the best phone repair business I have been to. I will definitely be going back to him.

I have a problem with forgetting my phone is in my lap when I get out of my car, and always break my phones. Saw this place on the Nextdoor app and thought I would try them out after I saw the repair prices they had listed on their website. Robert was professional and courteous and did an awesome job. He repaired my iPhone 7 Plus screen for $90. I brought him an iPad Mini the next day and he told me I only needed the glass replaced after another shop previously told me I had to replace the whole screen assembly and wanted $200 to do it. Robert charged me $65 and my iPad is good to go again. He was honest and could have played on my ignorance concerning the inner workings of my iPad but he didn't. That in itself is why I am writing this review and why they have acquired a loyal customer if I ever need to get my phone fixed again.
