2nd order from Kloubec Koi! We ended up losing all our small "Koi" we bought locally over the summer due to some very sad API chemical mishap. Never again!!! It was heart breaking, to say the least. Oddly enough the only one that survived was Kloubecs Koi we were blessed with.Silly- but he/Koi seemed depressed afterwards for weeks. Yet again, Kloubec saved the day when they flew this bad boy in! Now, both happily swimming and exploring, as they should. Maybe its that they're buddies or MAYBE its cause of Kloubecs food he finally got more of! Highly recommend! Beautiful honest family buisness! Thank you guys!

So I HAD to write this review-? Kloubec Koi are phenomenal! It’s really difficult to find a reputable dealer of quality koi at a fair price- and never mind finding healthy fish that can withstand the shipping. Kloubec does all of this and MORE! They provide you with great info, their koi are as LARGE as you would expect (most dealers send butterfly koi half the size you anticipate bc they use the tail in measuring) and the koi are hardy and healthy when they arrive. Not to mention top notch customer service!Don’t buy koi from ANYWHERE else. Seriously…. Kloubec is it!?

THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONE! Shipment overnight. Beautifully packaged. Weve named him Mada the golden angel winged Koi after my late brother. Happy and feisty right out the bag. He is BEAUTIFUL! Very happy we found you. Will be ordering more in the future. Love to you all at Kloubec ❤️

I originally ordered online but came to pickup, I went in for 2, left with 7! Ellen was super friendly and was very patient with me as I looked at all of their beautiful koi! Will definitely come back again for my koi needs.

Received 15 Koi. Within three days 4 we’re dead. Company refused to do anything unless I bought more fish and then they would give a minimal discount.Blackwater creek koi is a much better company on all levels. I strongly recommend them.

Kloubec Koi has been suppling koi to myself and friends for over 12 years. In that time Ellen, Myron and other Kloubec family members have all taken the time to educate myself and friends to insure the health and happiness of all of our koi. Never once has a koi arrived unhealthy, damaged or sick. Thank you Kloubec family for providing us all joy and happiness when viewing our ponds.

Ellen was a pleasure to deal with. I had ordered 7 fish, but when the weather became a bit unpredictable, she worked with me to ship them at a time of my choosing. They arrived in fine shape and were, of course, the ones I had ordered. Most koi breeders do not have on line selection of specific fish unless it is the quite large expensive ones. Thanks Ellen. I can recommend your company without reservation.
