I was very disappointed in my visit. I went with a friend for my birthday. The two employees were too busy talking about husbands and auto parts to acknowledge us. Never offered to help. As I left they went into the side room by the front door and were talking about what they brought for lunch. One brought half a bratwurst, and cottage cheese, etc. Walked out before hearing what the second employee brought. I would give them no stars if it was possible.

Love this store. Employees always nice and very helpful. Excellent quality. Very large selections of Quilting fabric and notions plus embroidery floss and patterns.

Lots of fabric, a growing selection of cross stitch and embroidery supplies. Attentive staff. Warm old barn atmosphere. Unique and broad tastes in quilting, from classic to modern. Tons of batiks and gorgeous samples hang for your viewing pleasure.

I love shopping at this store and they have never disappointed me. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't have what you need, they will gladly order it for you! Stopped by on Memorial day, headed back to Kansas and had a very nice visit, and found embroidery threads I was needing. :)

I have to say I am surprised with the high rating of this store because this was definitely not the experience I had. I was in the shop on Thursday July 29, 2021. I spent I believe close to $150 so I didn't just browse. While my purchase was being totaled there was a younger woman with long brownish hair badmouthing a customer who had called in to request information. I was appalled. Customers like this individual and myself keep your business in business!!! An employee, owner or manager should NEVER be badmouthing a customer in front of other customers!!! I have waited three weeks to post anything because I just don't like posting negative feedback but, I still have a really bad taste from my experience there. The entire time I was there this person was rude to the employees there and it was very offensive. I visit the Amana every so often and I always shop there however I have to say this visit will definitely be my last. I don't know if this woman was the manager or the owner but, she was definitely out-of-line in her behavior. I have worked in the retail business for several years and never ever would I have acted in such a manner. Yes, the shop was nice but, the behavior was terrible!!! Bad on you!!!

I love this quilt store! I always make a point of stopping in whenever I can. The employees, often the shop owner, are helpful and kind. It’s obvious they love what they do.
