Came to pick up an online order and got harassed by some delivery drivers one in a red chevy and another in a black Cadillac, I asked them if they were picking up or just parked since they were on there parked on their phones and they called me a slur which was great to hear…..

Apparently it’s on the customer when they’re trying to buy something that they found in the store that has no bar code and is out of stock. Can’t be missing it if it’s out of stock, what are y’all worried that much about loss prevention that one renegade coffee mug can’t leave the store unless it has a bar code. Do you think I magically manifested it out of thin air and I’m just trying to give the Walton family free money? If it’s in the store it’s in the store, allow you damn employees to do their jobs and ring it out manually, oh wait we’re too far into post-capitalism for that, land of the free right.

The best thing about the United States are the Walmart stores to buy from. I feel comfortable 99% of the time I visit the stores I find what I'm looking for and above all very reasonable prices compared to other stores

Straight up bigusMy aunt ordered something from Walmart today then when it didn't arrive on time she wasn't initially worried. She called after another hour of it being delayed and they said that it would be there within 2 hours of the original delivery time. She called them back an hour after this 2-hour period would have passed and they said that it would be delivered by 9:00 p.m. which is 7 hours after the original delivery time. She just spoke with them and they tried to say that her order had been delivered. However the app still shows that it's delayed.

Discriminated against at self check out. I had stuff in the bottom of my bag, tcg cards. I always get them first so of course they're at the bottom, i put frozen stuff on top of it in a reusable bag It's how ive always done it, because it's a massive bag, my ocd makes me go bonkers with stuff rattling aeound in my cart. I'm special needs, autistic and very VERY socially awkward and do things out of order a lot. So when i get to self checkout with a huge cart of stuff, about 40$ in it locks me out. And 3 different employees tell me they don't know why. So I try a different lane, and it locks me out too. A manager comes up and says AI flagged me for attempting to steal when i wasn't even 5 items in. People are staring at me like I'm a thief, giving me the stinkeye and judgemental looks. At this point I'm about ready to start bawling because of the unwanted attention, I explain to Mark or Nick? (I can't remember his name) My shopping etiquette, and he doesn't seem to care. "AI says this". You can't say I was going to steal if I wasn't even done ringing stuff up yet or had got to the bottom of the bag yet. I went to an actual register, took 3x longer to ring up, paid for EVERYTHING (while getting more mean looks), just like I would have at a self checkout, and started to the door where I was stopped and asked to see a reciept. Seriously? Even though I got checked out my an actual human, you still need to see it? No. I declined and went to my car and bawled my eyes out. Ive never been more humiliated in my life.
If this is how Walmart treats special needs people because they do things different, you disgust me. You made a grown man with mental problems cry today. I hope you sleep well.

Hmmm, where do I begin? 1st, I grabbed a grocery cart, was shopping, added it to my cart, walked down the aisle to look at something, left my cart at the end of an aisle, because the aisles are somewhat narrow, I returned to my cart, GONE, IT WAS GONE!!!! Unbelievable!!! Well, I had to go back and get another cart, but the blue table cloth I had picked was the last one and it was gone along with my first cart.
Very rude people here.
