It's kinda funny when your doctor calls in your prescription six days in advance and the pharmacist SAID it will be ready on a certain day. IT didn't happen and they said it wasn't ordered!!

Walgreens corporate absolutely refuses to hire sufficient staff, putting profit over the safety of their customers and the health of their workers. Every time I'm here, the pharmacy staff is absolutely run ragged trying to keep up. Long wait times. They have to close for lunch because they don't have enough staff to cover the pharmacy while workers take breaks. No signage at the drive thru to let customers know when that lunch break is. The staff is trying their best, but they don't have the support they need.

If I could go to 0 I would. Got a Prescription sent over By my doctor an hour and a 1/2 later they hadn't even written the prescription yet and they told me I could wait for another 2 hours to get it filled. So I opted to come back The following day where the lady told me it would be done first thing in the morning. I showed up An hour and a half after they opened and was told it was sent to central filling and wouldn't be there till noon. So I sent my husband but at 1 only for them to be closed until 2pm. He returned at 2 to be told they weren't filling it until tomorrow only after getting not so nice did they say give us 30 minutes. I gave them my insurance card the night before but of course whoever I dwlt with didn't put it in. I say skip Walgreens and go to medacap or even Walmart.

I'm absolutely astounded that any Walgreens is able to trick people into using their pharmacy. The level of disdain they treat their customers with is astonishing. It's absolutely shocking any place of business could be this horrible at customer service, and I've been to Walmart. This Walgreens was terrible when we lived in Altoona eight years ago, and amazingly it's gotten worse since we've moved back. Words fail to convey how awful they are. I've been to horrible Walgreens, but this one must be the example they all strive to become.

Terrible customer service! They need new employees. Especially eye lash girl! They are all on snail mode and don't know how to interact with customers!

I just called to check on my sons prescription to see if it needed transferred because last time it took them 3 weeks to get it. Apparently his doc sent in extras because he is retiring so he would have refills in case we ran into issues with new doc. The lady answers the phone, I explain I am calling to check on the status in case I need to transfer it and to find out what this second script is the recording is telling me about because My husband took him to his appointment

Is a heading out for our vacation holiday, my doctor called in my prescriptions and I called to check last night to the pharmacy and they said they would be ready by 7:50 PM. They closed at 10 PM. I showed up this morning at 9:20 AM. And the store manager said it wasn’t ready. So I get to delay the start of my trip because of Walgreens and their lack Of reliability. I will be switching my account to Walmart.

If I could, I would give no stars that's how bad my service was at this walgreens. It was so completely unacceptable what happened to me. Kitty, the cashier in the pharmacy called me crazy to my face. She asked what was wrong with me, besides being crazy. She then was incredibly hostile to me, the entire time and kept telling me to sit down. Even though when I went through the line, she refused to give me my paperwork to get my second covid shot. I eventually had to go through the line again, after sitting for over twenty minutes and had to be helped by someone else. Who was shocked that I hadn't gotten my paper work. Kitty, then claimed my paperwork needed to be printed and the other cashier was shocked that it still wasn't taken care of in all the time I was there. Kitty then, went into the back and made fun of me for getting the vaccine. I will honestly say, I will never go to a walgreens again and I am seriously considering calling upper management in walgreens. I want Kitty fired, not only for harassing me but for repeatedly making fun of me. This was the worst service I have ever received, I am thinking of calling my lawyer over the harassment I faced. What they did was discrimination and I am horrified that I had to experience this today and I demand something be done. Honestly never come here, that's how bad my service was. I will never come to a walgreens again.

Drive thru service who was a male employee and was very rude on 08/27/2021 at 3:37pm. My daughter had major surgery and her medicine was called in 2 hours prior and he was very rude.

To the gentleman pharmacy tech working today, 7/18/21 at approx 2:15pm. . I have never been one to write a bad review, or ever cause a scene. We all have "bad days". But this gentleman has been rude on multiple occasions. I left the pharmacy in tears today. I tried explaining why I need to make sure my medication was in stock, as I I will be leaving soon for vacation had recently had issues with my brand name medication not being at the pharmacy. I was interrupted multiple times mid story with him asking for my phone number to set up automated texts for refills???? I didn't even get to explain why I was there today. He had also recently been very rude to my father when he was trying to pick up his medication. My father is quiet and reserved like myself, and he had told my father to "take it easy" when the pharmacy forgot to order his prescription. How is this guy still working here? I spoke with the pharmacist at this location via telephone who was was extremely helpful with transferring my prescriptions to Hy-Vee. I have had good experiences with this location and with other staff, but for some reason this pharmacy tech has always made me feel ignored. I've never been a "Karen" or have ever written a bad review. But I left the pharmacy in tears today because I felt like I was being brushed aside by this MALE because I was trying to discuss my birth control medication. ... all I wanted to do was discuss if my medication was in stock but left crying and my prescription being set up for automated fills...

There is truly a reason why this store location has such poor reviews and ratings. My review is based on the pharmacy and how unkind they have been to new customers. Terry is the employee that works in the pharmacy and I strongly recommend dealing w someone else over him because of how rude and confrontational he is to people inquiring about medicines and their prescriptions. He gave me medicine that wasnt suppose to be filled, but to make matters worse the additional prescription I was getting, (and actually needed) he pronounced incorrectly. So when I asked for the name again and grabbed my medicine bottle from my purse to verify it was correct, Terry had begun to read my prescription out loud!, what it was prescribed for and the common uses for the medicine!! All while the pharmacy inside the store was busy w customers and other employees. I left the drive thru of this walgreens pharmacy in tears because it was humiliating how he treated me when I asked him the name of my prescription again. Hard enough to handle a new diagnosis and personal hardship, but to be treated so poorly by someone who works in a field where people are needing medicine for personal health reasons. Absolutely horrible treatment...called the store manager Meredith also. She said she wasnt going to handle it today because she was "on her way out the door"! Highly recommend going elsewhere for anything you would get from Walgreens!! Total waste of customer service.

This Walgreens location is great. Super friendly staff and store is always clean and well organized. Pharmacist and pharmacy staff are superb.
