It's now a same day clinic not an urgent care you need to make an appointment to be seen. The young girl at the counter looked uninterested and the staff just shrugged at me when I asked if there was anyway I could be seen cause I couldn't take the only appointment they had cause I had work during the appointment. Again this is no longer an urgent care it's just a same day clinic. Urgent cares aren't appointment only.

I went to urgent care, having already scheduled an appointment, and specifying as I signed up for that time that I was coming in due to what I believed was a broken toe. It took over an hour from the time I got there to get an x-ray, and then the nurse practitioner on duty misread it, telling me that nothing was broken. The next day the x-ray was read by a radiologist, who confirmed that the toe was broken.
My request for a note for work has been ignored multiple times, despite my explanation that it it urgent due to the physical nature of my job.
So, to sum up. I was made to wait an excessive amount of time for the most important component of the exam, the nurse practitioner misdiagnosed the problem, and the staff have refused to provide essential legal documentation. The people don't actually seem to care about helping the people who go to them for medical attention.

I seen my doctor. It took 20 minutes and I had to have blood work done one hour. I waited. There was another lady there that had been there longer than I had waiting on getting our blood work. Something needs to be done about this department.

A few months back my son was brought here by his dad. My other son had Influenza A & was prescribed something at the unity point on Jordan creek immediately, this clinic though sent my son home; who had been sick for much longer & refusing to eat & drink. I called the next day demanding test results (why they didn’t do rapid testing is beyond me) the lady told me the results were in and he had Influenza A. Great, waiting to get antibiotics, nothing. My ex husband later called asking about the antibiotics and they claimed the results were never in and he does not have it.
2 days later my son now on day 9; had rapidly declined because he’s 2 and stopped drinking anything and using the restroom resulting in a ER visit where he in fact had Influenza A and was immediately given antibiotics.
This place is an absolute joke and of course cost us more money due to the ER visit instead of taking the time & care to actually help my child.

Went to urgent care for issues was having on thursday and saw i believe last name was johnson. Never heard back about if on medication, if needed more text, etc. Open mychart cause kept getting run around, told it hasnt been viewed by the care tem, etc and saw had diagnoses, called them back on that following week on monday, to see if on any medication. They asked if anyone reached out. I said no one has reached out to me in regards to it, they couldnt see any medication has been sent. Got told to call my pharmacy to see if any medication was sent and they would call me back. I called my pharmacy and they had gotten one antibiotic. Been taking said antibiotic started monday so 4 days after my initial appointment on that thursday. Than got call from pharmacy saying that they had recieved another medicine the next day (tuesday) and today being thursday got told by my pharmacy they had another medication. I called unitypoint, i will admit frustrated cause ive not been kept in the loop and my condition has gotten worst cause havent been given proper care. They finally told me all the diagnoses, explained well you opened your chart on these days so we assume your good to go.
They told me every time i called about this that someone will reach out to you.
Ive been to several urgent cares for various of reasons. Ive opened mycharts or whatever they were several times and always got call saying "you have this and this going on, we gonna prescribe this for car"

UPDATE - I received the standard reply ' we take these matters seriously'.....blah blah, here's a link. If they really cared they would have called me to discuss. Google reviews are for the public. Please dont act like you really care. You've submitted the claim to my insurance, you're getting paid. The public needs to know that you did not take care of my child and to think twice before trusting this clinic will get it right.
Our PCP told us to go to urgent care for my daughter who was suffering from an infection. She gave us antibiotics. 3 days later we are in the ER. Apparently she has prescribed the wrong antibiotics, the infection has gotten worse, she is writhing in pain and will most likely need surgery. We tried to do the right thing by seeking help outside of the ER, but we ended up here anyway. Going to this urgent care was a joke. Waste of time and money.

I went in on a Saturday, expecting it to be busy, but I only had to wait 10 minutes in the waiting room and then only a couple more minutes for the doctor. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

“Urgent” lol. Not so much. Overall, not a good experience. This would be a last resort kind of place.

Very Long wait time even w/appointment!! They also will not really help you with antibiotics unless you’ve suffered for 10+ days. Even after you’ve tested negative for flu and Covid19. It’s ridiculous.

I had the absolute worst experience EVER with pathetic doctor she shouldn’t even be giving the title of a doctor but her name is Nikala Prasasouk. I went in with an infected toe. When she came in from the jump her attitude and vibe was completely rude and seemed like she didn’t want to attend to me. If that is the case why are you in a medical field. You have people’s hands in your life. I had told her my whole left side of my body is numb and can’t barely walk nor have any type of feeling. I kid you now she looked at me and said “ well okay i know you’re lying because you would’ve dropped dead by now if something was seriously wrong with you “ I looked at her and had asked her what does she mean she looked at me and said “ nothing “ I also think since I am a person of colored in a predominantly white neighborhood I was a target of racism. She wouldn’t even give me any type of antibiotics to treat my infection I had to literally cry and beg her to. She came in and looked at my foot and said “ i’m not doing anything for you. you’re going to have to go to see a podiatrist, it’s out of my hand “. I was so scared that if I was in her care any longer i could’ve died. I had to end up going to the ER after I left her pathetic service. I EXTREMELY HIGHLY WILL NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME TO THIS FACILITY. On another note if you’re ever feeling suicidal please come into the care of Nikala Prasasouk , shell gladly help you take your own life. She’ll kill you without any problems. PEOPLE OF COLOR PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!! unless you want to die and it be ruled “ accidental” for her negligence. Besides her I absolutely loved everyone there from the young lady who checked me in to the nurse. We need more people like them. True hero’s. NOT Nikala Prasasouk who’s a monster!

Long wait times. My one year old daughter had an appointment at 12:45 today & as of 2:11, we still have yet to be seen.

If I could give zero stars I would. What is the point of reserving your spot for the walk In if they won’t honor it. EVERY time I come to this location I wait for hours upon hours.

The online system doesn't work the wait is still forever once you get there. This place is terrible. Said to call back if symptoms worsened and they would send over a prescription but then referred us to our PCP. Just go to your Dr office. This place is a scam.
