The boot stomped my package into one of those use thos kap to open the bigger boxes completly broke it and smashed the box open was a 2 foot box boot stomped into a 1 foot mailbox

Absolutely love this place. Friendly and helpful staff that actually know what they are doing. Safest way to have to have mail sent is through our PO Box, especially with all the people stealing stuff out of mailboxes and packages from porches. No need to worry this way.

I visit this post office quite often, and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is friendly and polite. It helps to visit during less busy times, so there is no waiting in lines.

This has got to be the WORST Post Office ever!! Every time I go in there it seems like only one lady is working even though there are others in there. I am blown away by the lack of customer service and lack of urgency the workers have at this location. When the ONE person that actually works is busy and the line is 4+ people deep, don't stand there wiping down counters or looking over your shoulder, jump in and do something. IF you have to go here, make sure you have plenty of time because they could care less if you're on a schedule.

With the amount of packages that I have on a daily basis the girls there always make me feel welcomed and never seem to be upset that I drop so much off for them to scan. They do a fantastic job getting my packages on their way, quickly. I highly recommend the Altoona, IA location. They're awesome to work with! ♡

I always get great customer service and the movement of the line is very good compared to other post offices near by. I drive from P Hill just to go to this one. Friendly staff.

Worst service! I told them my mail was getting sent back the lady told me I was a liar and I needed to prove it! They seriously are the most disrespectful people!
