This target is going downhill. Staff is most of the time upset or with an attitude and barely no personel. You can tell they don't get along much and they are trying to survive

This Target has really gone downhill in the last few years. They don't restock their stuff on a regular basis. You might find a product once, then go back to purchase it a few weeks later, only to find an empty spot on the shelf that remains empty for weeks. In the makeup area you might be waiting for months. The selection of products is also terrible! Complaints have fallen on deaf ears.

This is for the Starbucks in altoona target. The cashier Mary on November 29th 2023 made a really good sugar cookie drink and she very polite.
