Ordinarily I receive excellent service with finding products, product selection and cashing out. However, this last visit was not up to par by a long shot. I was "refused" credit for my Reward points that had been previously used on a product I returned for credit [I only got the net purchase price credited back], When I purchased the replacement product, I was charged the full price for the replacement and told to contact Customer Service if I wanted any further assistance.

I have shopped here since it opened. I've never had a bad experience. Today (Easter Sunday) I needed to return an Amazon package and buy a computer. I looked at computers for all of 5 seconds when a guy came to ask if I needed help. I did, he helped and my Amazon return took about a minute. Great service and thank you to the computer guy. Apologies for not getting his name.

Went to get something printed asked for help and the lady yelled at me that she couldn’t stop what she’s doing to help me right now (she was cutting paper) even though I wasn’t asking her to.

I had an horrible UPS drop off to accomplish with giant boxes nearing shipping limits; but they were packed and ready. One of the employees saw the struggle and immediately got things scanned, moved, and lined up all without interrupting all of the other customers' business in line.This is the Staples service I remember.

amazon returns. Customer service was rather mediocre and slow. More customer service training needed to ensure a flawless return.The older customer service lady at rhe front was short and was not friendly. To be at the front of the company, total customer service is a must.

I never ever leave reviews. In fact, this is the first one I have ever done. This specific Staples has always had lackluster customer service that is hit or miss. Had to return a laptop (not an Amazon purchase) and for some reason thought if I just showed up with the shipping label and the product, they'd package it all up and send it. The service manager, I think his name was Remo, very politely explained they don't provide that service but said he might have an old box to send the laptop back. He went in the back, we tried one box - didn't fit, so he went back and found another that fit perfectly. Then because I was woefully unprepared he went and got packing tape that was on clearance and helped me tape it up. He went way above and way beyond! I will also note the store was busy, so it's not like he was just trying to waste time.
