Horrible customer service. Embarrassing. Not sure if the guy was just a worker on a Friday afternoon (hope not the owner?) but he was NOT happy to be employed or help anyone. Rude and products are overpriced for bad taste. Also - shelves nearly empty. No samples. Looked like it’s going out of business.

They have a huge selection of sipcy!! From mushrooms to asparagus to eggs they have it pickled. They have mild to burn your butt spicy great to get unique gifts for that unique person who loves a burn!

Got the hottest sauce they have and it isn't as hot as I thought it would be but really good Flavor. It is 7 Million Scoville units made from oil extract capsicum. Seemed a little over priced.

I had a wonderful spicy experience. You can literally try all of the sauces, but you should ask to try the hottest and most spicey and you will not be disappointed.

The store had a wild variety of hot sauces, marinades and seasonings, and the man running the store was super friendly and helpful! We can't wait to come back for more!

I just stopped by to pick up a few different salsas for a get together I am having tomorrow. Your hours online as well as on the store front say 11am until 7pm. I arrived at 6:05pm and it was closed. I like the product you guys offer, but this is not a good representation of good customer service.

Are you a chili head? Do you wait for Hot Ones on YouTube when the new seasons/episodes hit First We Feast on Thursdays?If yes. Then this is a must stop at destination!Nestled in our local outlet mall you can find mild to mind numbing sauces at the Pepper Palace.I'm a Big Daddy's fan and regularly order from Heatonist, but you can't beat having a local brick and mortar when you want to try something new.Check them out!
