“Fast and friendly service. Jack did a phenomenal job. I ordered 4 tires, 3 came in and the 4th one came in later that day. Jack provided outstanding customer service and he was able to get me in and put on the new tires. Great friendly service and low price. I've ordered them and will take the truck back to have them install everything. I appreciated their interest and excellent customer service. I am confident I will have a trouble free A/C system as a result.”

Every interaction with the crew was efficient and courteous. Pricing was upfront on anything I asked on, and nothing was pushed. Oil change, all the standard checks, and an air filter (old was one was shown to me, quite dirty) and I think I was probably there for all of 10 minutes.

“Over the years we have taken several vehicles to Heartland Tire in Ankeny for tires, service work, and major and minor repairs. We have never had a bad experience and in fact, have recommended them to multiple people looking for a location with great mechanics and honest management. Unfortunately, not always easy to find. We trust Ryan and his crew with our vehicles and now that we have a kiddo driving, that says a lot.

“We were driving our New Motorhome up to Minneapolis and when we picked it up they stressed to us to follow the brake-in period on the new motor.
We needed to have the oil changed and checked at 500 miles.
I checked on-line for a shop close to the 500 miles on the motor on our route,
I wanted a good quality shop I could trust to do our first oil change.
We called and set up an appointment and we were so happy when we got there.
The people in at the front desk and the technicians who took care of the oil change were GREAT to deal with.
In my opinion the best place I've had my oil changed at.
Rest assured this shop and the people are #1 to deal with!!

I was very impressed!They stand by their work too! Had a lower ball joint boot rip that was installed 4 months ago. They will replace it on Tuesday morning.Unfortunately I hear the Euclid location is closing soon.Hopefully they will be joining one of the other many Des Moines locations.”
