Wonderful company. Towed my vehicle after an accident. We're from out of town, and they worked with me to get the tow and storage fees taken care of. Scheduled an appointment on the weekend to finalize everything. Couldn't be more grateful. Definitely recommend.

Called for a tow was told someone would call me back after approximately 30 minutes no one had called I reached back out and got sent to voicemail called there secondary number and also got sent to voicemail with a text that says "sorry I can't answer right now"very unprofessional I waited over an hour . Ended up using another service I don't recommend this company if you're in an emergency situation like I was !

I got my pick up ford 150 towed by the city here and kept for 4 days.All I can say is this..good honest and hard working people here.Friendly and easy to deal with if you understand what the towing business is about.I read all the negative reviews and you will always find unhappy costumers in every business but if you acknowledge your mistakes and you realize that you have to pay for them then all is good.Thank you guys and God bless you.We will use your services in the future.Service: Car towing

Hired them to tow a car for me. I was told they would be here around noon on Saturday, never showed up. I called back on Sunday, was told they forgot about me and would be right out, that was several hours ago. I do not recommend this using this business if you can avoid it.

Here I am stuck in the side of the road and this place answered and than hung up on me and won't answer again!!! I have two small children with me and we were moving clear across state. Way to be a help

This towing company is absolute trash. I called last night and the man who picked up was the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to. He acted like it was an inconvenience for us to be calling when we were stuck in a ditch. I hung up on him after he gave me a quote because i refused to work with them. Stay away from these people. That guy should go back into the hole he came from and rot. I wish I could give a negative scoring.

Our van blew a tire on the highway and I called Mid Iowa Towing as they were the closest to where we had been. I am so glad I called them. They got our van home exactly in the time estimated and the price was lower than expected. Absolutely recommend them for your towing needs! Our son's car was towed and impounded with mid-Iowa Towing. I have never experienced such an unprofessional and unscrupulous business in my life. First they wanted $1,600 to get the car out of impound. And the nightmare got worse from there. I would not recommend them to anyone for anything!
