Just received my 21st bag and since when do you not include a dust bag after we spend that kind of money on a bag. I have always received a dust bag and now you have to purchase them? So disappointed with MK. I love there bags so much but maybe it's time to move on to a better designer and spend my money there. Very disappointed ?

All the items they have are beautiful and priced pretty decent however if you're looking for something to last longer I would recommend a different brand. I had a purse for 3 months and it broke, I'm glad the store replaced it for me however next time I will be buying a coach purse.

Returned a $350 purse that i paid cash for only to be told that they would only give me in store credit due to only being able to do up to $200 a day worth of returns I had my receipt nothing in this store is only $200 so I feel when someone purchases something here they should be told if they need to return the item with a receipt they won't be able to get their cash back .....this is a very unprofessional policy that only the altoona store has..!
