We have bought our first place and Lowe’s has been our place to go for everything. From plants to tools, everything has been a reasonable price or cheaper than other places. We have bought all our appliances from here with no damages or mishaps. Everyone there has been super friendly and has offer solutions to problems we have been facing. We will be hiring them to do our flooring in the next couple of months. Five out of five stars!

I have called Lowe's Altoona several times to inquire availabilty of grass sod . When I asked that I wanted to talk to garden center the so-called operator asked what I wanted in which I told her( Grass Sod.) She put me on hold several times and never replied .(never) I would ask the Lowes Altoona manager to call and try to be transferred to correct contact. I like Lowes but the operator procedure was not set up for clients.

Update: Lowe's commented on my review, asking me to reach out so they could look into my issue. After being transferred several times, I was told, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do for you." This was already established, which is why I wrote my original review. Please don’t waste my time by pretending to address the problem. It seems like your comment was just for show, to make it look like you’re trying to help.
Lowe's gets a solid 1-star from me. While they do have a decent selection for us DIY folks, their return policy is a joke. Bought some bathroom tiles, went a bit overboard to be safe, and now I'm stuck with extras. They won't take them back because it's been over 90 days. Yeah, my bad for not rushing back to the store within their allotted timeframe, but seriously, who has time for that? Last thing on my mind is "Better get to Lowe's". I have a job and a family!
I should of just stayed with Menards (lesson learned). At least there, I can buy what I need, and if life gets in the way and I can't return stuff within 90 days, I get store credit. Lowe's lost my business for good.

Do not buy carpet through them as their “free insulation” forces you to buy almost $8 a square foot padding. Terrible customer service and a waste of time! Never buying anything from this store again.

Bought a five burner stove few years ago pulled it out to clean under it and my floor was scorched never I never using oven again. Not happy with their service and appliances.got over counter microwave and it quit to never buying from Lowe's again.
