  You Do Not support the military. Iowa NG is deployed right now and as a mom who has been helping my son fix up his house the Altoona Iowa manager won't let me use his military discount with using his card.

  I ordered a refrigerator from here and they offered to deliver it for free. Against my better judgment I took them up on the offer. Not only we're the drivers 20-30 minutes late, they came to the door smoking a cigarette and disregarded the cigarette in my yard. I told them refrigerator goes to the basement and that it'll be a somewhat tight fit, but they'll have about 2 inches on each side if they keep the doors on. I suggest they take the doors off to give them more room. They ignored my suggestion and argued about how to bring the fridge down the stairs. For some reason they didn't just use a two wheeler, which is what we used when I worked there. They just attempted to carry it using slings. After going down one step, they gauges the hell out of my wood worker and didn't notice. They nearly hit the ceiling too. I told them to stop and get out of my house. I've called Lowe's and the store may took my information down for the delivery manager. He didn't act concerned and I haven't heard back. Don't buy anything from this Lowe's!

  0 stars. Not a friendly or helpful store. Rude employees and the managers don't care. Go anywhere else if you have a chance.

  I needed a filter, for my furnace, and their website said they had what I wanted and in stock. When I tried to find them, where the website said they were, not there. The three styles, of that brand, were nowhere to be found and all of the employees seemed to be having a conference about their plans for tonight. A couple years ago, pre Covid, I had an issue with a dishwasher. I ended up ordering it 3 times, because they kept screwing it up. The website is always outdated, but, if I order on line it gets here in good time.
