I purchased a purse there today and when I came back into the store a few minutes later with the Kate Spade bag merch bag, the blonde older lady with short hair asked me if I was returning it. I felt discriminated as I am Hispanic and it was the way she said it. I told her actually I'm here to purchase another purse. If I go back I would not want to deal with her.

First time here. Ladies were welcoming. I saw a bag on the website that I wanted to order but decided to stop in here to take a look and see what they have. I found the bag I wanted to order and it was actually a little cheaper in store than online! I will definitely be back. Store is very clean and organized

Terrible customer service. The 2 ladies working didn't even acknowledge myself or my mother.....the only 2 customers in the store. They would much rather chat with each other and look at their phones.I was on the hunt for quite a few things but now would rather spend my money elsewhere. Seriously sad because Kate Spade is a favorite. I definitely won't be back.
