When living in an apartment and sharing common areas with several others, you want clean, well kept grounds, fast response to maintenence issues, friendly office, safety, and accessibilty to nearby stores and services, trails. All the details are noticed have a part in the living experience. Ironwood hits all the marks. The grounds are manicured regularily, I have had 2 maintenence requests and both handled promptly, office staff is very good at explaining processes and how it all works, no problems with safety, well lit parking, stores are so close and numerous trails to exercise and walk dogs on. The apartments are clean, spacious, and 9 ft. ceilings, fireplace, and they clean the hallway and stairs carpets twice a year! It is all noticed and appreciated. The dog park is convenient, if on 2nd or 3rd floor there is an elevator, amazing coffee machine in the clubhouse, fitness room, nice pool. I read nightmare reviews on other apartments and feel very grateful where I chose to live.

I live at Ironwood and absolutely love it here. I have had no issues. The office staff it amazing, maintenance is responsive and the area is great. I recently had an issue and worked with Katelyn in the office and she resolved my issue quickly. She was so personable and sweet. I would recommend this apartment community whole-heartedly!

I have lived here for seven years, and never looked back! A lot of times with an apartment, you may be paying a lot for a low quality apartment, but you get what you pay for at Ironwood Apartments! They are very nice, I would recommend living on the top floor because you have no noise coming from above you. They have balconies, a pool to use in the summer, a clubhouse with a TV, comfortable sitting space, and a great gym! Like I said, I have lived here for seven years, and would not change that at all! Plus, if you ever have a problem, they are always willing to help you with it as soon as possible. You don’t have to wait a week to hear from them! There is a very easy way to communicate with them through the app, and they always message back, or return a call if you leave a phone message! Highly recommend!

Your leasing manager or whoever she said she was kick me out of the gym th last time because a white lady who was in the gym at the time I was at the gym called and told her she felt uncomfortable. And just so you know, I live here at Ironwood.

This's a one star only because it's the lower option. The people who are in control of this place are very rude. Can't say much, move in and you'll see it for yourself.

Love this apartment complex! The rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings, fireplace, and very large pantry! The complex has great amenities such as a pool and a fitness center. I’ve had great experience with the maintenance folks, very friendly, prompt and thorough with their work. Highly recommend!

Having called this apartment my home for the past three years, it's been a sanctuary of comfort and convenience.
