“We have bought our first place and Lowe’s has been our place to go for everything. From plants to tools, everything has been a reasonable price or cheaper than other places. We have bought all our appliances from here with no damages or mishaps. Everyone there has been super friendly and has offer solutions to problems we have been facing. We will be hiring them to do our flooring in the next couple of months. Five out of five stars!”
“Always have a good experience with the folks at the Urbandale Habitat for Humanity ReStore. Been a customer many times in the past, volunteered a few times for local housing builds, Rock the Block, and their Winter Warriors projects. Was just making donating some surplus goods from handyman jobs this time. But Tim the assistant manager was really helpful with a few questions I had about some other jobs I’m doing. Give em a shot. “Best experience ever!! We went in to look at the chickens and ducks, as that was my son’s birthday wish. As one staff was walking out, he said, “Is there anything I can help you with before I go on my break?” I told him what we were looking for and instead of pointing us in that direction, he walked us over to the pin. Not only that, he opened the pin to show us all of them. Very kindly & calmly. He was SO nice!! (I believe his name was Seth.) we will definitely be going back!! All of the other staff would ask us if we needed any help when they walked by as well. So kind!!”

Staff was very helpful and aware of their products. Garden center well-stocked. Appliances, clothing, grocery items, apparel. Their app is helpful for locating items. Pricing good.”

“We have a goal to start a small backyard garden this year and came in to get the lumber needed to make 2 4x4 ft raised planter boxes. We were able to order what we needed at the back counter and then went around the building to the self service lumber. We were really confused how to find our items and a little intimidated by the self service saw, but Paco found us and grabbed what we needed on his forklift, then cut the lumber for us. All we had to do was load into our small suv. We tried to leave a cash tip but he wouldn't take it. This was a huge time saver to us when we were in a rush and I am very impressed. Thank you paco!!!”
