“This was my first visit to this particular Ace Hardware. I just stopped in to have a spare key made. My visit was very pleasant and delightful. I was very happy I chose here as opposed to a big box store specifically because as soon as I walked through the door I was asked if there was anything I needed help with and this day I definitely needed an employee. I know without a shadow of a doubt any other store it would have taken me more time to find an employee to help me than it took me here for my entire visit. Also the key worked the first time. Thank you everyone at this store as this day I was just on my way home from the doc and I surely did not feel up to walking through a huge store and going through all that is the box store nightmare. I'm disabled I prefer the smile and can I help you as opposed to trying to chase employees down huge isles.”

“We have a goal to start a small backyard garden this year and came in to get the lumber needed to make 2 4x4 ft raised planter boxes. We were able to order what we needed at the back counter and then went around the building to the self service lumber. We were really confused how to find our items and a little intimidated by the self service saw, but Paco found us and grabbed what we needed on his forklift, then cut the lumber for us. All we had to do was load into our small suv. We tried to leave a cash tip but he wouldn't take it. This was a huge time saver to us when we were in a rush and I am very impressed.
