When staff are present, they are helpful and attentive to keeping the laundry area clean. Staff are friendly. Like fact The Laundry Room is open 24 hrs a day and has video monitoring.

It takes 2.00 to start dryer you only get 30 minutes and don't dry your clothes don't go there

Has nothing to do with a coffee shop, despite having the name right on the building. Laundry service only, and they'll look at you like you're insane if you ask where the coffee shop is. Perhaps they should change the name?

Single load washer start at $3.25 per load. It was a clean and quiet experience for me. The lady that worked the counter was very friendly and helpful. She was quite professional yet down to earth!

The people who work here are fantastic.*There are roachesThe price has gone up for washing machines, twice, in the last 6 months.Machines are out of order a lot.The floor has a lot of damage. It always looks dirty even though they clean almost daily.Furniture is damaged and filthy as you can see in the photos.I'll no longer be utilizing this laundromat.

Clean, could use some newer second hand chairs to sit in. Sometimes washers are down, but there are usually plenty available.One of the few that I will use because they take care of the place.

24 hour, nice coffee and smoothie shop. Most of the tine machines are working. Reasonable pricing
