I have shopped at this store a few times and have always been satisfied with the inventory and the customer service of the manager. I bought a product here and was told that I can return it for a refund. In less than 24 hours, I decided to return it in its original packaging with the receipt. Immediately the salesperson named Cheyenne, gives me an irritated look and says “we can only give you a gift card, it’s says so on the bottom of your receipt”. This is completely unacceptable and misleading to customers making purchases. I will not shop here again.

Terrible experience, bought 2 bottles of mens cologne for about $140 in total and asked specifically if they can be returned if I changed my mind, was told yes they can be returned for a full refund. I came back the next day and was told they will not refund my money and can only get store credit, this is unacceptable this day in age. I came back within 24 hours, original packaging and and original receipt and was told I can't get my money back, completely not okay and will never ever shop here again. Do not spend any money at this store, terrible policy and terrible customer service.
