Booked an appointment for a simple pill change, appointment was confirmed. Showed up early, sat in the lobby for ice an hour, nearly an hour and a half and my car still had not been pulled in for service- for a scheduled appointment. Asked for keys back so I could go elsewhere without wasting more time. What a disappointment, will not be giving this place any future business as their customer service alone is lack luster.

It was great. The lady at front desk was very nice. The waiting room is comfortable. Very good quality work nd cheaper than Hilltop Tire services with same quality. HillTop has astronomical prices now. Firestone gets you in out with robbing your pockets.

I guess I had a particularly vexing issue. 3 other places looked at my car and could hear the issue, but couldn't located the cause. Firestone also took a look, heard the problem, but also could not pinpoint it.
The difference - the other 3 places didn't charge me anything. Firestone charged me $23.

They fixed my tire valve and aired up my tire right when I got there. and we’re so nice and welcoming when I was freaking out and had my dog in the car.

My new tire installation visit at the Altoona, IA location was very positive and I would certainly recommend this Auto Care service facility to anyone looking for tires and friendly, helpful service. I took advantage of their Epic event tire sale (as I have in prior years) so overall price was great deal and the service staff and waiting area was very comfortable and made for a very pleasurable experience overall. Very satisfied when I was all done. Thanks!

My car was in and out in less than 45 minutes for an oil change and complete vehicle check. Friendly atmosphere. Reed, the mechanic, did an exceptional job, as always. Thank you Altoona Firestone!

Don't make an appointment online. I got a confirmation in the morning for the appointment I made for 6pm. Got there to be told they can't do it. Apparently it never crossed there mind in the 8 hrs in-between to maybe let me know instead of waisting my time.

Tires were fare priced, service was ok, and the alinement had to be redone 2 days later. Took 2 1/2 hours.
