First of all I want to make it clear that Discount Tires is very efficient and friendly, however when you get your vehicle back after spending 2k on new tires only to find a chip out of one of the rims, being efficient and friendly doesn't matter at that point.
So they past me off to some 3rd party claims department after denying the damage that was done. Fast forward over a month later, my rim hasn't been repaired. Instead they offer a $150 dollars towards a $1200.00 rim... Save the time and headache and take your business to a competitor that will stand behind their work.

Extremely friendly. They rotate, align and repair for free for the life of the tires. Always use them for tires.

Came in for a tire repair, turned out I had a nail in there. They got me in with no appointment, removed the nail and had it patched, sealed, and ready to go within an hour. To top things off, and to my great surprise, this was all done for me free of charge! Earned my future business, that's for sure. Thanks guys!

Incredible group of people, they are very straight forward and have extremely fair pricing. They look for the least expensive option first. IF your tires are unsafe they will tell you that you need new ones. I have tried many different tire shops over the years in multiple states and Discount tire is always the one that comes out on top.

Got 5 tires, they said about 45 mins and I was done faster than that. Salesman wasn't pushy and helped me find a good set of tires. Waiting area and sales area was clean and comfortable. Highly recommend them

Went for a slow leaking tire and they didn’t even look at it. Went straight to the treads on the tire and said I needed new tires. The only tires available was the most expensive ($190/tire) and quoted me over a $1,000 for all 4. If I would’ve done the math I would’ve know $190x4 is not over $1,000. I knew right away I was getting screwed. I checked the receipt after I left and I got charged $123.00 for a warranty they didn’t even tell me about and I still don’t know why my tire was slow leaking. I won’t go back to this location.
