“I have been locked out of my account 2xs in 3 weeks once over Veterans 4 day holiday (Really?!). Mt daughter is a Vet and doesn't get 4 days off! I was not notified either tome and ALWAYS on the weekend. 1st time cost me 100s of dollars and moving!! This time can't buy food, register for class due by today. Cant speak to a English speaking human in America, and they are robotic in their answers and refuse to give branch number. I am livid and done!!! I am disabled and can't just hop in car and go to office to fix it”
“In my experience the employees have always been exceptional. In 2020 after losing my husband to suicide. I broke down in the drive through. This was at the peak of COVID and the lady working in the drive through came out to hug me. That says a lot about the people who work there and their character.”

“When I needed a car loan back in 2022, I shopped around and GICU had the best rate (at the time) without requiring me to move over all of my accounts from my old bank, which was a huge relief. The staff have always been friendly and helpful. Since then, I've acquired a few CDs, and we recently opened a Home Equity Line of Credit with them - since we used the county assessment value instead of getting an appraisal, we weren't charged ANY fees to open the line, plus there is no annual fee. The HELOC we had at my other bank had a $50 annual fee, even though we haven't been using the line of credit at all for a few years. Great people, great rates, great policies. I would encourage anyone to explore the offerings here and compare them with other financial institutions.”

“I sent a generic message via customer service about opening a CD. Spencer from the Lyon St branch called me the next morning. He thoroughly explained the process. The best way to transfer money from another credit union. He sent the documents to us electronically to save us a trip. I needed to add a beneficiary, which he sent me the form. Then he sent an email to us regarding a money market account and explained how this type of account would benefit us. Through all the processes he was patient, responded quickly and explained everything. He went beyond and above and we appreciate the time he took for us today. Highly recommend CCCU.”

“I have had a lotof fraud hits or I have called in some company's that have double charging me as I was looking at my bank statements . I have had the nicest people help me will go thru my statements. Took the time with me. Didn't complain answered questions that I should have known. Never been dissatisfied with Veridian Credit Union. My phone has got turned off. I don't drive and someone finally came and my card has been locked not sure why. But I believe in them. So I will go tomorrow. They take care of not just me but I believe everyone gets the same service. Love me some Veridian!!!!!!!”
