after a few unsuccessful attempts to remove my rusted plates to replace, i finally gave in and came into Car-X for help. they got me fixed up in about 5 minutes, at no charge which was so kind. i will be back for when my car needs actual maintenance or repair

These guys were great! I had a slow leak in my tire. They got me right in and didn’t even charge me. They said it was on the house for a first time customer. The waiting area was clean, comfortable and cool on a hot day. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Great service with a smile!

Spent 2 hours going to car place trying to find someone who could replace a bulb in my taillight. Either they wouldn't help, told me it would take hours, or wanted to charge me over $100!!
Showed up at car x and Derek was amazing! He was so kind and told me he'd look at right then. Said it would be simple grabbed his drill and got to work. 5 minutes later he was done and he used the light I bought instead of making me use "their product" like others tried to do.
Not always comfortable at car shops as a single women. I felt so appreciated and respected by Derek. Thank you!

Took my car in to get a standard oil change because they’ve been sending us coupons lately. Coupon said Full Synthetic Oil service was $35. I get there and give them the coupon and they charged me $100. Makes no sense.
Update: After being asked to contact customer service, they will not answer the phone nor return my messages.

Edited because last time I took my wife's car in they charged me $150 for an oil change, when typically it is ~$60. I am assuming they decided to go to the more expensive service and oil without telling me. Will not go back.

They “fixed” my car charged me $1300, and then my engine light reappeared the same day it was “fixed”. They ended up leaving loose tools/parts under my hood, would not recommend

Horrible business with awful customer service, I wish I could give them ZERO stars. After paying more than $600 to have the front brake pads and rotors replaced on my wife's car, the tech installed them WRONG! Horrible squealing metal on metal sound as soon as we picked up the car and applied the brakes. Had to take the car back to be fixed. After looking at them, they told us the person who installed them did it improperly. I had to tell them that it was you, this CarEx location that installed them wrong. After showing them the bill, they acted like they were doing us a favor by fixing them, because the parts were still under "warranty". Not a location to be trusted with quality work!!!

I needed new tires and a wheel alignment. Derek took the time to explain why it was important to replace all 4 rather than just the two with the most wear, and didn't seem to mind my questions. I was very happy with the quick service, and the price was reasonable.
