“Had an issue yesterday with truck not starting and knew it was a fuel issue. Chad came and instead of just getting me primed and started and sending me on my way, he took the time to look over things and saw that they had put on an after market fuel filter and suggested changing that out or i would have the same issue again today. Even gave a few tips on how to avoid this situation again. Truck started righted up this morning with zero issues and thankfully that seemed to be the main source of the issue and not something else. Thanks for taking the time to do the road call on Sunday. I greatly appreciate it!”

“We had a great experience at Iowa Truck and Trailer. Had some minor repairs done on a Saturday. The repairs run a little after closing time but these guys hung in and finished it. We greatly appreciated it. Skyler Higgins was the service/parts manager he chased down parts for us and picked them up. He definitely goes above and beyond to serve the customer. “Fast and friendly service. Jack did a phenomenal job. I ordered 4 tires, 3 came in and the 4th one came in later that day. Jack provided outstanding customer service and he was able to get me in and put on the new tires. Great friendly service and low price.
