We have used Rhunke Bros. for all of our vehicles for many yrs. They have effectively done all of our regular and problem service work allowing us to get 200,000+ miles per vehicle. Never do they make a decision without first consulting us.

Little did I know that if you get a battery replaced through warranty, because the original one was faulty, that you have to still pay to get it replaced. They called it a "check your alternator" charge. To see if it's really a bad battery. Well it must be hard to just take off the positive cable to see if your vehicle still runs in order to see if there's a problem with the alternator. Hmmm...... obviously you have to take both cables off a battery in order to actually replace a battery. And the purpose of a warranty is so you dont have to pay for a factory fault in the making of something.
