We recently purchased a truck and a Bronco from Kemna Auto Center in Algona and were SO pleased with their service! They took care of us well and have such friendly staff! We will definitely shop there again in the future!

First off the Kemna Body Shop is what brought us back. They did an amazing job on an F250 I had some damage on back in 2009. Now 13 years later with the new Kemna Ford store it seemed like a good place to inquire about a new F250. Ordered January 22 hoping for delivery sometime in the fall to put a plow on. Steve and Dillon worked hard and the truck was here April 14. Very happy to do business with the great group at Kemna Ford!

I worked with the wonderful team at Kemna! The sales people were not pushy to have me make a decision and allowed me to ask plenty of questions to make my decision. They were genuinely interested in finding me the best car for my need and within my budget

I was supposed to get warranty work done on my vehicle and and couldn’t get a straight answer and no follow up with Cory. Had to keep calling back and still nothing done on my warranty work for my vehicle. They said they would call us back but we had to always call them. I would not recommend buying a car at this location because I feel that it would never get taken care of. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Great team! Had a “unsolvable” issue with my car and they worked with me to find a solution. Things got really frustrating on my end and they never let my frustrations get to them. Always stayed positive with me, we were finally able to resolve the issue and they were able to work with my hectic schedule. Kudos to the service guys and sherry and Kim for always making me feel so welcome.

I recently bought a truck from Kemna Auto Center. I flew in from out of state. I was unsure how the process would go. I have to say, from the moment they picked me up from the airport, they really treated me exceptional and like family. The entire process was very professional, efficient and enjoyable! I highly recommend this dealership and will gladly buy future vehicles here. Hats off to the entire staff, thanks for being so great in a tough time.
