Bought a mozzarella stick meal and suffering from food poisoning. I heard a lot of people have had the same happen to them buying any of the food from their kitchen.

I only been to Hy-Vee a couple of times in the people oh my goodness they are good people honest and hard-working they always have helped me out when I needed it without a question they drop what they're doing and they ask me what they can help me with.

I can only hope this reaches the correct people. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS HYVEE AGAIN! I was treated like TRASH when I asked to get refunded for items WIC covered. After checking out and paying the first time 60$ for baby food that was supposed to be covered I let it slide, I went in again thinking the issue was fixed it was not. I scanned every single baby food item before placing it in my cart then when I got up to check out I had to PAY for baby food that IS COVERED by WIC! I went to the customer service desk asking for a refund of the baby food that was covered. I was told that the baby food would be taken back. I told the manager absolutely not this is how I feed my baby. After refusing to help me I reached out to WIC and they’re investigating it more. BUT I SERIOUSLY CANNOT BE THE ONLY MOMMA HAVING THIS ISSUE!?! Your managers need to learn RESPECT and he handled it the COMPLETELY wrong way! He should’ve told me to take the baby food and taken my number to refund me once we figured all this out from WIC. I even went above and beyond saying I could get them a form of what WIC covered. They said they already had it SO WHY ARE THEY NOT UPDATING their system!?!?! I work in customer service and this situation should’ve been handled COMPLETELY differently! I went to Hyvee almost every other day! But not now! DO BETTER HYVEE!!

Had breakfast there. Husband ordered hashbrowns what he got was a sliced potato. They didn’t have any silverware available except for a dirty fork and a plastic one. I informed them and was told yep we’ll get some right out. We ended up sharing a fork to finish meal. Silverware never did show up. Probably won’t be eating there again

Poor experience cashier was rude tossing are food harder then she needed to when she was asked to stop tossing are stuff she just glared at my wife a few things got squished in are bags was not a good experience

At 5pm they had boxes and boxes on pallets in every single aisle. Some of the shelves were blocked because of it. Shoppers had to dodge around boxes and other shoppers. This is a regular practice for them. This is a community of elderly people and this is a nightmare for them.
