Was just driving back home and one of their tow trucks constantly flashed their brights at us while he continued to cut the guy off behind us to squeeze in to get pass. Worst tow truck guy ever.

Sent by AAA. Filed formal complaint. Totally unprofessional and hostile when I told him I needed to change the drop off location. Refused to work with me, even though one simple phone call would have gotten him compensated. He complained that he was supposed to get off an hour ago. I told him to just take my car off the truck. His response? "I don't care! I get paid either way!" Stranded me out of town at 6:00PM at night.

No B.S! I have purchased 3 vehicles from Dan in the past and had several cosmetic repairs done over the years. I've bought parts new and used and rented a storage shed. Chester in the office, is a very competent and knowledgeable person. He makes the office and paperwork side of doing business with D&D Auto comfortable and smooth.
