“This is far and above the absolute best place to get your vehicle repaired. Not only is everyone who works here such genuinely friendly and helpful, they are also so knowledgeable and honest. This is truly the most honest car service I’ve ever been to in my almost 40 years on this earth. My car just hit 10 years old with over 150k miles and I can’t remember the last time it’s driven this well. I have recently had quite a few repairs done here and I know had I gone somewhere else, it would have been insanely more expensive. Not only are they superior in customer service and quality of services done, but they’re definitely one of, if not the most cost effective places to go. I recommend them to every single person who needs services done to their vehicle. I will be their customer as long as they’re around. Truly remarkable.”

“Absolutely first rate experience with Kevin and Dave. They fixed my Toyota but diagnosed it first and sent a digital report to show me what needed repairing. The repair cost was fair, the quality was great and they have earned my trust. I had taken this car to three different Cedar Rapids shops the previous week to have them diagnose the vehicle, (rather like a mystery shopper experience), each shop came up with nonsense repair estimate needs, from requiring a new brake master cylinder and possible ABS unit for $2,000, and another shop telling me I need a new head gasket "so sell the car or it may cost about $4,500". There was absolutely nothing wrong with the brakes or head gasket. I have mechanical knowledge and knew these shops mis diagnosed. What a shame. Anyway, Kevin and Dave, were straight shooters, diagnosed exactly what was necessary and charged accordingly. My Toyota is running great and I am very appreciative. Thank you very much.”

“Very friendly and courteous staff!! Recently had replaced tires on a vehicle and had to have them re-torqued prior to an expected road trip.
Without an appointment, on a very busy day, I randomly stopped in and a service tech went well out of his way to come out to the parking lot and ensure all four tires were properly torqued.
Provided peace of mind and the guy was just awesome. Sorry, didn't catch his name.”
“Bought a used car for our daughter who had wrecked her car in an accident. discovered on the drive home that it had an issue with the HVAC system. We live 3.5 hours away and had gotten car for our daughter that lives 12 hours away. The service department was very helpful to get the car in the shop and get it fixed in an expedited manner so we could get it to her as quickly as possible. Also did a couple of maintenance items for us at no charge and that I appreciated very much.”

“Contacted CR Toyota yesterday about bringing my 2020 Tundra in for 5k service. I have a 1 yr 15k Toyota PrePaid Service Plan that I received from Hiland Toyota in Moline when the truck was bought 3 months ago. The service staff on Thursday put in my VIN and saw the Plan and had e said they would honor it. On Friday I traveled to CR and went into the service area, showed them my vehicle info and the service plan. They rotated the tires as planned and then I was presented with a bill for $19.71 for labor. I call the Moline dealer and was told I should not be paying anything. I have called CR Toyota and talked to the receptionist, service staff, the finance department. All forwarded me to someone else or was asked to leave a message. Many messages left and no calls back yet. This is my 3rd Tundra and am not seeing much incentive to purchase my next one from CR.

Then yesterday, I had a nail in my tire and I went in to see if they could help me repair it. Because I'd bought the tire there previously the repair was only $10. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! The RELIEF I felt! I definitely trust them and will return again.”

“I highly recommend this place if you are ever in need of a tire. While traveling through, I was sideswiped by a semi and my trailer tire got damaged. I called CRT to see if they had a tire that would fit my trailer. They said they had three in stock. When I arrived, the guy behind the counter went to get them for me. He quickly realized that the tires had been sitting too long and were no longer good.
He could have easily just sold them to me or he could have upsold me for much more expensive tires. Instead he took the bad tires off the rims, replaced them with radials and charged me almost exactly the same price.
Great customer service and honest business practices like this seem to be harder to find these days and it was a breath of fresh air to experience it all in one place.”

They determine I needed a valve adjustment to resolve that issue and pointed out and explained a oil leak due to a solenoid that was less expensive to replace at the same time. The performed the work as expected at a very competitive price. I plan to use them in the future.”
“Got connected with Jason Murley and his wife Diana purely by coincidence through the website chat. Best thing that ever happened! So nice, professional, straightforward, honest and easy to deal with! We bought a 2025 Kia Sorento Hybrid and a 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy from them in 3 weeks. The Palisade was ordered through another dealer in February and they never updated me on status. After buying the 2025 Kia from Jason, I asked if he could get me the Palisade. He had it in a week (compared to the other dealer who could not supply it in 3.5 months). I dread dealing with car dealers, but Jason and Diana at McGrath make it so easy and enjoyable! You'll be hard pressed to ever find any paint match issues, or body fitment problems. The staff is top notch and will treat you like you're they're own family. They will address your concerns and keep you updated throughout the entire repair process, should you have any questions when you call you'll reach a friendly advisor rather than an answering service.
