The absolute worst cell phone and service ever in all of 25 yrs of having a cell! Phone max charge is 2 hrs just sitting. Charged for a hotspot use the first time ever with a cell company! Charged more until I’m left scrambling as a veteran with extreme low income how in the Hell will I be able to keep this! I never should have switched from my Va service and definitely glad for 0 contract with lies and hidden agenda cells company. Regret isn’t the word. I can’t even block the annoying endless scams and spams , that’s extra 2!

My family has always had great service working with Bryan and the crew at Cosby's in Albia. Dad doesn't have Facebook, but he always has great things to say about everyone who helps him through his phone issues, especially Bryan. 5/5 stars!⭐️

I bought a new phone today. The young lady that helped me did an excellent job showing me different phones and options. I ended up getting a middle of the line phone and she switched all my information over with no issues. I recommend this store for future purchases.
