If I could give zero stars or better yet negative stars I would, I have had nothing but trouble with this pharmacy since I moved, I come through the drive through and there's a lady having a personal conversation and clearly sees me but doesn't start to help me she just glares at me so I pushed the call button she tells me in a rude voice "yeah hold on" and proceeds to finish her conversation while I'm just waiting there.... Like great customer service. When I had picked up my prescription it was short of the amount it should have been a month supply well everyone failed to communicate with me the deal on that so I've been making multiple trips and phone calls to get this fixed and my drs office called you guys and faxed my new prescription on Monday but for some reason you guys haven't electronically accepted it yet I've been without my medicine for days now wouldn't recommend this place to anyone just a stress I don't need in my life.

Went to pick up medicine and was told20 min and went back they told it will be 30 more minutes this happen on a regular basis need to be fixed

Not happy with all the self check outs, putting people out of work and making it harder for me to grocery shop. I'll keep shopping at Fareway, they check my groceries AND take them to my car.

They don't pay attention they keep pushing 3 mths supply even when it's in computer one mth only, it's easier for me to order monthly if 3 month is given hard for me to keep track of them and I end up making 3-6 trips a mth for my scripts instead of just 1 trip and done

I just want to thank Jenna at the bakery. With everything that went on last year, Lennox’s illness and COVID. I was unable to make it to see my granddaughter Esme’s on her birthday. I called the bakery to order a cake. I asked if they had balloons. Jenna said no but she would go to Dollar General and get her some. I was so touched that she would do this for a stranger.

I've been using this pharmacy since March of 2014 and I really like it. Almost all of the pharmacy employees are consistently kind and respectful & many of them have visible empathy for the customer's illnesses.
