My package was listed as "held at post office by customer request" and "delivery attempted" but no one at my house had done so. Now I have to wait the whole weekend to reach out to the post office about their failed delivery.Update: they apologized and said they had sent it to the wrong address, they brought it back out to me

I never thought I would be giving a Post Office a five star review, but I was blown away today by the service I received. The exterior of the building is nice, the location is pretty ideal, and the friendliness and empathy from the man and woman who helped me will not be forgotten.

I don't know what's going on but it's super frustrating. We've been getting other people mail for several weeks, now there is a missing xmas present that my son had his heart set on. Since we are broke, it was his ONLY xmas present and even though it says delivered at mailbox, it wasn't OUR mailbox? I don't know if we'll ever get that now. Do you know what it's like to deal with a broken hearted, angry 11 yr old???? I'm so angry.

Nice people, but they consistently lose packages. I was told my package was “delivered,” yet nothing is in my mail box. Because it says on their end it went into my mailbox (?) it’s on me - I’m basically out $56. This happens to everyone in my neighborhood - that they (the Adel post office) lose packages. Absolutely frustrating.

If you need a reason to move to Adel, Matt from this Post Office should be top of your list! Great customer service, cares about his job, customers, and town. Not to mention we have never had a mail / package issue. Move to Adel and meet Matt!

Matt is by far amazing to work with & provides nothing but completely satisfied customer service. It is rare to find such high quality customer service nowadays but he is truly amazing to work with!

I consistently get mail that does not belong to me and have problems receiving my own mail. Not sure who sorts your mail, but they’re pretty awful at it.

I love this post office. I am always treated respectfully. I get all the help I need to ship my packages. Customer service here is amazing. I had stopped using USPS after several bad experiences. Now I'm back
