Renting with the representative was very easy, she was professional, Courteous and patient. The facilities were clean, well cared for, security gated and cameras. Excellent location.

I worked with 2 Red Dot representatives, Shantal and Yaneke. Both women were very professional, helpful, and patient as they guided me through the process. I appreciate their kind assistance, especially because I am not very experienced doing anything online via my phone or laptop. They were both extremely patient and encouraging which gave my self-confidence the boost I needed to complete what I needed to do. Thank you to both Shantal and Yaneke for their help today. Should be the 24hr access with locks for purchase was unable to use until purchased a lock.

Excellent customer service! I contacted Red Dot through the chat system online and was able to get my account set up, rent the spaces I needed and pay with the help of the agent! It was seamless and I could not be more happy! You obviously care about your customers! Thank you!
