Shannon was amazing with the pre-planning process for our Mother. Once it came time for the funeral, everyone involved was very comforting and attentive to the wishes that she had expressed over the years.

Caldwell Funeral Home in Adel was wonderful to work with. Their team was so accommodating and caring around all aspects and details during a difficult time. They knew when to help lead us and when to listen. We were very thankful for their services.

Unfortunately, I can review as a person who had the funeral for the unexpected passing of my beautiful 25 yr old daughter. Everyone was empathetic. They are a bit expensive though. The facility is clean. They were pretty organized and helpful. They tried to make my baby girl look as normal as possible considering she was an organ donor. I didn't like that her hands looked like mannequin hands though.

Caldwell Parrish is a very caring and professional funeral home. They took care of every detail when my mom passed away. I was from out of state and Ryan was such a huge help to me to get everything finalized for the service. They have even kept in touch with me to see how I’m doing. I highly recommend.

Warming, comforting, helpful and so informative during such a hard time. We really felt completely taken care of from beginning to end! Ryan and staff at the Adel location was top notch with listening to our needs, offering advice and direction, as well as, making sure to honor and meet any requests as best they could throughout the service and before/after process. Thanks for assuming all the heavy lifting parts so we could greet, honor and greive without the worry of "Now what do we do?"

It is overwhelming when you lose a loved one. I was blessed when Caldwell Parrish helped me through this. Ryan and his fellow employees stepped in to help me through every step of the way. Even the smallest detail that you don't think about. So many things go through your mind at a time like that. I recommend them for your needs at a time when you feel overwhelmed.
