We have chosen BAM to install egresss windows for the second time. We looked at several installers and chose BAM. BAM continued to have the best quality, price and warranty. Warranty is a big deal for me. I don't want to have to pay for new windows in 10 years.Thanks again BAM!

We hired BAM for some masonry work and to replace a basement window and window well. Here are things that pleased us about BAM's service:1. They responded quickly to our request for a quote, getting someone onsite within a couple days.2. They provided a quote and took care to ask for a call to discuss the details and a couple options for the work. That discussion helped us figure out what to do and to understand exactly what work would be done.3. Once we accepted the quote and made a deposit payment, they promplty added us to their work schedule and were able to fit us in even earlier than we had expected.4. They showed up right on time on the scheduled date and quickly did all the work. The finished work looks great.5. After the window and window well replacement were done, they explained how to best help the dirt around the well settle back into place. We followed that advice, and things have settled nicely.6. Everyone we spoke with--whether they were in the office or on our site--was professional, courteous, and amiable.

BAM was terrific at communication. I had an egress window installed and basement windows replaced. It looks amazing. They did an excellent job keeping me informed prior to the installation, on the day of installation and after to see if everything went well. The price was in line with other companies and no additional costs came up during the project. Very happy with the experience!

My home was having water leak issues in the basement. Called to inquire about solutions for the problem. They came out and looked at the foundation of the home, all the walls for cracks they found the problem. Went over all the solutions to fix the problem and were honest and upfront with pricing. We worked together to find the best solution for my home and budget. They even offered financing. Very helpful and informative, hired them to waterproof the basement and the workers were professional, on time and cleaned up very nicely when completed. Now I have peace of mind that my basement will not flood and ruin any of our belongings. Highly recommend this company for any of your basement waterproofing needs!

Bam repaired my stone fireplace and acid washed it. It is beautiful! I'm so glad we were able to save this fireplace. Lots of memories from my grandparents to my parents to me. The guys were awesome!
