I bought a washer from them about 8 yrs ago & was happy with the staff and no problems with the washer since then. Last week my refrig went out on me. After i had it checked, i was told it cost to much to repair. I went to another place but it would be about 5 days to deliver. I decided to go local and went to Adel Appliances and found one. It had a dent in it and they gave me a lower price and they delivered it about 15 minutes after i got home. They took out my broken one for $15. The price of the fridge includes delivery! They had to take off the doors of my home & helped me move things in my kitchen. I am very pleased with the service & will go back again! Thank you

Chris with Adel TV & Appliance made a service call to check our geothermal. He noted all aspects of the work done on his invoice ticket. Adel TV has always gone beyond the normal to be sure the job is done right! Highly recommend Adel TV!

We purchased four appliances from them in 2020–a dishwasher, a fridge, and a washer and dryer, almost all of which have had issues since then. They were very poorly installed to the point that they were dangerous to operate and we had to have someone else come out to reinstall them. The dishwasher continues to have issues 3 years later and when you call for assistance, they are rude, dismissive, and not helpful at all. Unfortunately we will not be purchasing from here again

I had a lot of anxiety over our refrigerator going out. I shopped online, and every place that I checked would be quite a wait! Since my husband is from this area, he told me to call Adel TV & Appliance. I didn't know what to say, but once I called and talked with them, they were so friendly and helpful and were able to deliver it the very next day! They were able to set up the new one, take away the old one, and were very good at their work! I'm very impressed with the service and highly recommend them!!!
