I went in to Walgreens twice today. (Had to go back in with grandkids because I forgot something.) Anyway, they are ways so nice at the pharmacy. Today the clerk was awesome- friendly and kind to my grandkids. They are just great there.

On April 30,my friend and I went to this store for take passport photos,we waiting for Long time to let the staff put our Digital photo into the usb,and when we come back to use it,my usb shows empty,and my friend s usb is in my folder but shows my friend picture.when I calling back to the store,the lady who was took us photo just pass the phone to their manager,Her tone was very blunt and her attitude was very bad, saying that I had to go back to the store before I could get my photos again. I understood that I needed to go back to get my photos, but her attitude and the unprofessional behavior of the staff who took the photos showing their poor service.

Every time I have called the pharmacy or even just picking up, they have been amazing. Even the kids ask if we’ll see the “nice lady at the window” when we go there. I have had to track down a script or two and they have been beyond helpful. There are so many bad reviews that I feel like this needs to be added.

If the pharmacy is supposed to open at 8:00 am, then the pharmacy should be open at 8:00 am. People have things to do.

Very slow service in the pharmacy.Used them once again. Feb 24. Waiting over 28 hours for 3 pills for gout. Really.

If I could give a zero I would do it right away The ladies at the registered didn’t know about the Walgreens cash reward program One was contradicting the other one. The older lady with the glasses was being very loud trying to get her point across I left with No purchase due to lack of customer service skills nor sympathy Terrible Zionsville location. Cash rewards it’s false Per this lady’s explanation

Someone needs to keep check of the staff. Emily is abusive to customers and fellow staff. I tried to be nice but I think someone needs to interview her. She needs help.

They would get 0 stars from me If I could. I have never experienced a worse pharmacy than this one. The workforce is unable to offer adequate customer service and is not equipped with the necessary skills or knowledge.

Unfortunately I can't give 0I have never been treated the way I was today. I did not get their names but they were awful. One was the older guy and the other was female. I know places are hard up for employees but come on. If you can't put sale tags on the correct items, please don't blame me and act as though I'm putting you out. Do better Walgreens

Absolutely disappointed in the way the two employees treated me this morning while picking up a photo canvas order (of which isn't cheap!) she did not open the canvas prior to my payment for me to see, I opened it up in the parking lot to find a dot right on the center of my face as if it didn't get ink there.. walked back inside and asked for a reprint but I needed it ASAP, the one called the supposed manager over- she literally said "I don't know what you want me to do about it I can't reprint it right now" with which I responded can you reprint it and let me gift this one and bring it back when the other is ready- she turned her back to me and started talking to the other female and the cashier said "what do you want her to do cause we have lots of order ahead of this" I closed up the canvas box and walked out telling them that I've never been so disrespected when a photo order hasn't been right for them to brush it off instead of being professional about an answer... not to mention the "managers" already attitude when walking into the store. Disappointed in this store.. never again.
