The store needs to update their hours to reflect when they are open. The hours posted on Google reflect what they have in their window. However the store generally opens at least 1 hour later and closes at least 1 hour before posted times.

Store manager was humiliating their employee in front of customers. Instead of telling employees to admit to customers they don't know anything, try teaching them. The African American gentleman being yelled at by his store manager was friendly and definitely not stupid. Independently owned UPS stores should still hold themselves to a standard of decency and maintain customer service to all customers.

Seems to be under new management. Previously there was one guy who although completely unfriendly would at least give decent service and would particularly notarize documents without any fuss. I went in around early November and found new people there and when I asked for a Notary at first i was told "I wont notarize any document" - and then i was asked to wait for 30 minutes and I waited for over 45 minutes and then went back inside and was told "oh our notary left some time back". I only had my drivers license, US passport and one permanent visa to India document to be notarized. What exactly was the problem here? And why did no one come out and tell me that the Notary had left? Very bad customer service. Don't know what it is with these UPS stores but they seem to specialize in surly counter staff. I had more or less a similar experience at the UPS Store in whitestown.

I utilize UPS services 4-5 times a week on average but this was my first time at this location & likely will be my last. Long unnecessary wait time when I came in at noon today to drop off an express pkg. I wasn't greeted by the rep that was working either. In today's climate just practicing the simple & basic customer svc skills go a long way in my book and certainly will determine if I'll spend my time & money with you. On a positive note the music played while I was forced to wait was pleasant.
