This place is great!!! Clean, very friendly and fair priced. I would have given it 5 stars until the following happened. My pedicure was amazing besides one minor well I feel it is a major issue. I had to ask the technician to address the corners of my big toe nail. I thought that was standard practice maybe I am wrong. Doesn't sound like a big deal, but it was awkward having to ask and is something I thought she should have known to do and be common practice. Also, at the end I paid with card but tipped her in cash. I handed her a 20 and she didn't ask me if I wanted change, just stuffed it in her pocket. Even my nail tech who I see once every two weeks asks if I want change. Overall, it was a good experience just a few things I feel need addressed.

Nice experience! They were able to fit us in on a busy Sunday and provided good quality nails. I got a lot of compliments on my chrome nails!

Honestly, it’s a simple integrity issue now. There are plenty of places I can too and will treat me well as I have you. However, a simple ownership and integrity will go along way for you and your business. Defending your mistakes in this space only hurts you, there are plenty of nail salons in the area and also, thanks for showing your true colors.
I expect a full apology and for you to understand it takes a lot to earn someone’s trust, but it takes seconds to lose it. You can still redeem yourself if you choose too.

This place is owned by dishonest people who used my credit card and charged me, then denied it happened. I would caution ANYONE, who is looking for honest services from a business to avoid this place. These were the charges and visits and they say that it did not happen. Other charges to discover credit card were on Sun 2/11/24= $116.00 Tue 4/2/24= $257.00 Sat 4/20/24= $142.00 Weds 5/1/24=$133.00 Friday 5/31/24=$135.00 It's shocking and embarrassing for a business to simply not own and hold themselves accountable. Be careful!!!!

I recently visited Tootsie’s for a manicure, and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The salon was clean and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The nail technician took her time to ensure my nails were perfectly shaped and the polish was applied flawlessly. The attention to detail was exceptional, and my nails looked stunning and lasted for weeks without chipping. I highly recommend Tootsie’s for anyone looking for a high-quality manicure.

Appointment time was not honored. We had to wait 45 minutes while other walk in customers were seen much quicker. The acrylic fill service felt very rushed and overall doesn't look very good. The tech hit her skin 8 times. We also requested a pedicure if they had time and they did not answer if they could accommodate the added service. We will not return.

Absolutely LOVE this nail salon!!! Have been getting my nails done at Tootsies’s for 4 years now and will never visit another salon. Even if I’m not in Whitestown, I will wait to see them. They are the best and so sweet. People ask all the time where I get my nails done with compliments. I recommend Tootsies to everyone!!!!
